Looking for a place to promote your game and have it written up as a spotlight or be reviewed? Look no further! Fill out the form below for a chance to have your game covered on our site!

If your game is chosen, we may ask for useful media (images, video) to use for the post if we cannot find a press kit readily available. If there is any other information that you notice we use in our reviews (such as tags, publisher name, release date, etc.) that you don’t think we will be able to find easily, please add it in the “Other” section of the form. We want as much information as we can get to properly lead our readers to your game.

You may specify if you want a review or a spotlight, though we tend to do spotlights instead and do reviews on larger more mainstream indie games that can afford to be hit with a negative review. Spotlight posts are never negative and will not give a score. Take a look at a few of them under blog/spotlight to see what they look like.

Understand that we cannot write about every game that is submitted to us. We will contact you if your game is chosen to let you know the good news! If you are not contacted after a few days, do not worry, as no submission is left unread and you may be contacted in the future about having a piece written on your game.

If You Are Chosen:

An article will be written about your game. This article will be shared via  Indie Game Planet’s official Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and more, providing free promotion for your game! This article will continue to be promoted over a long period of time. In exchange for this free promotion, we expect that you will do the following things:

  1. When we tweet out the link to the article on your game, retweet it! No, we won’t hate you for missing it a few times, but helping spread the article helps us both! We’ll tag you in the tweets to direct views to both your Twitter and your game.
  2. Link to the article somewhere on your website. This helps more than you think! For an example, look at our footer where we have linked to our partners using their logos. Our logos are available on our website under About/Media.
  3. Follow our Facebook page and our main Twitter! We understand not everyone uses Facebook, but following us with any account you can really helps us grow!

Optional things you can do to make us extra happy:

  1. Follow our Instagram!
  2. Share the article on your own platforms (i.e. tweet out/post links to the article)
  3. Consider visiting indiegameplanet.net regularly to read articles on other amazing indie games!!

Thank you for your submission!
